Fluent in English and Spanish, Dan is a natural communicator and respected leader on job sites, capable of uniting teams. His work has included everything from conducting toolbox talks and site inspections to project management and overseeing emergency response plans and coordinating multilingual workforce training. Russell “Rusty” Everett is Vice President of Executive Consulting Management Group (ECMG), bringing more than two decades of elite leadership, project management, and mission-driven discipline to every project. A former Tier-One private military contractor, Rusty has operated in the world’s most demanding environments—experience that now informs ECMG’s unwavering commitment to operational excellence and safety. As a seasoned Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) professional, Rusty has led major automotive projects across the Big Three, including managing site-wide safety operations at FCA’s Warren Truck Assembly Plant and directing electrical safety oversight at GM’s Warren Tech Center. He has also delivered custom workplace safety and risk management solutions for clients like Ford and Toyota. Known for his strategic thinking, calm under pressure, and ability to build and lead high-performing teams, Rusty excels at managing complex projects, aligning stakeholders, and driving successful outcomes in demanding environments. His expertise spans project management, construction coordination, regulatory compliance, risk management, and executive-level operational leadership.
